About This Space

I am a chiropractor looking for a massage therapist, hypnotherapist, sound therapist, etc. to rent a room in my 800 sq. foot Brea office. My office is of a Zen like theme spa with water fountains, spa music palting on flat screen TVs and aromatherapy in my waiting area. The waiting room includes additional seating, a vibrational heated massage reclining chair, water cooler for serving herbal teas, and a cell phone charging station as well. The room to be rented is about 125 sq. feet with a flat screen TV to play soothing spa music if you choose to use during your therapy sessions ( I subscribe to YouTube Premium with no annoying commercials to play spa music). There is also a bottle warmer and a hot towel warmer to use for your massage clients. Massage table is provided for you. Also, you must provide your own linens if doing massage therapy. You must have enough clientele to pay the asking rent for $800 part time (2-3 days a week) and $1000 for full time use (5 days a week) and is on a month to month basis.
