The suite itself is 1100 Square feet. There are 4 offices total in the suite. 2 Offices are occupied by a psychologist and a Psych NP. I have my office that i work in full time ( im an LCSW). Then there is the office that is up for subleasing. This is a very therapeutic environment.

The office is located in a professional office building at 3605 Long Beach Blvd, near the heart of Bixby Knolls with convenient access to major streets and freeways. The building provides a professional setting that works especially well for an established clinician or someone growing an in-person private practice.
This office is available exclusively on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. You may select one or multiple days, depending on your scheduling needs. Once a day is selected, the office is reserved for your exclusive use on that designated day each week for the entire month.
The rental rate is $240 per month for one designated day per week, based on four occurrences of that weekday during the month ($60 per day). If your designated weekday occurs five times during a particular month, the monthly rate will be $300.
For example, if you select Tuesdays, the office is yours every Tuesday that month. If there are four Tuesdays, your monthly rent is $240; if there are five Tuesdays, your monthly rent is $300.
If you would like to reserve multiple days per week, the same pricing structure applies to each selected day.
