Free trial, billing and what happens without a card
Every listing starts with a 30-day free trial. After the trial it is $29 per listing per month, cancel anytime.
During the trial your listing is live and you receive every message from interested providers.
We email you 7 days and 1 day before the trial ends.
If a card is on file, the subscription starts automatically when the trial ends. If not, nothing is charged.
If the trial ends without a card, your listing stays visible, but messages from interested providers are held ("Messages on hold — add a card"). Once that has happened, adding a card on the billing page does not release them: use the "Add a Card" button in the banner at the top of the site, which charges $29 and unlocks your messages. A card added before the trial ends avoids this.
- Activating a listing asks for a card up front unless one is already on file. Nothing is charged for 30 days.
