Will I be charged after I delete my account?

No. Every subscription and trial on the account is cancelled immediately when the account is deleted.

Can I get my account back?

No. Deletion is permanent. You are welcome to sign up again later, but your old listings and messages will not come back.

I do not see "Delete account".

Write to us with "Chat with us" in the menu from the email you signed up with, and we will delete the account for you.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account yourself, any time. Deleting it immediately cancels every active subscription and free trial, so there are no further charges, and permanently removes your data. It cannot be undone.

Go to healthspacefinder.com and tap "Login" (on a phone, tap the menu icon in the top right first). Use the email address you listed with.
Tap the menu icon in the top right and choose "Profile Settings". On a computer, click your profile picture or initials first.
Open the "Security" tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account".
Confirm when asked. You are signed out straight away and your account is deleted.

All active subscriptions and free trials are cancelled immediately. You will not be charged again, and unused time on a paid listing is not refunded.
Your listings, messages, favorites and saved searches are permanently deleted, and your payment details are removed from our payment provider. Records we are legally required to keep, such as past invoices, are retained.
If you only want to stop billing, use "Unlist" instead: your account stays open and you can reactivate later. See "How to unlist or remove a listing" at /help/unlist-or-remove-listing.
