How to contact a space owner

Messages go straight to the owner. Support cannot book tours or negotiate on their behalf.

  1. Open the listing you are interested in.

  2. Tap "Request Info" (or "Schedule a Tour") and write what you need and when. You need a free account to send a message, and you are asked to sign in if you are not already.

  3. If the owner shared contact details, you can also tap "Show email" or "Show phone" to reach them directly. You need to be signed in.

  4. Replies arrive in your Messages inbox and by email.
